AD – Hospitality Development – UAE

Our client is a leading Property Developer in the Middle East with a portfolio of major master planned developments covering the Middle East, North Africa and Eastern Europe. Within their business they have a specialist hospitality division, developing assets throughout the brand spectrum for either third party management or with their own in-house hospitality management platform.

Within this, a key role has become available for an established hospitality design candidate who has moved into property development. The successful candidate will be from an Interior Design or Interior Architecture background and most likely have started their career within a recognized hospitality design firm working on luxury and prestige hotel projects before then moving into working for a property developer, managing hotel development projects.

This role will provide a very interesting platform for career elevation and the opportunity to work across a very interesting portfolio of projects in multiple regions. For the ore creative, the opportunity to conceptualize brands and deliver these to market can also be evolved from this position.
