Architectural Design Director – Shanghai

Our client is a leading international multi-disciplinary design firm. Within this, they have a very busy Architecture division engaged on multiple projects across China.

With construction resuming across both China, they are experiencing strong demand for their services across multiple projects and are in need of an Architectural Design Director to lead join their busy team delivering Residential, Commercial, and Mixed-Use projects across China.

The successful candidate will be Architecturally qualified with a demonstrable track record in the design and delivery of a range of projects from concept through to completion. You will have led design teams previously and have strong stakeholder management and client liaison skills. You will also have a strong client network and track record in winning new work with Property Developers across China. Strong English language skills are essential for this role, delaing with major international clients.
