Architectural Design Manager – Property Developer – Kuala Lumpur

Our client is an exciting new Property Developer and Investor active across the Malaysian markets. With a strong pipeline of new investment opportunities and a growing portfolio of existing assets, they are looking to develop their in-house design and project delivery capabilities for new developments and asset enhancement works.

As such, they are seeking a strong Architectural Design Manager with experience working on large Big Box retail-led projects they will be developing across Kuala Lumpur and the wider Malaysian geographies.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Architecture and ideally have prior experience working within a Property Developer on mixed-use and retail-led projects. You will be capable of both creative design as well as design management, delivering in-house design solutions as well as managing external design consultants. You will work closely with the Company Director and be a key member of the formative in-house Design & Project Management team.
