Assistant Compliance Administrator – Grand Cayman

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the MLRO, CO and Manager, Corporate Services
- Assisting with the collection and processing of client due diligence documents
- Assisting with the review of prospective and existing clients and conducting the relevant background checks
- Liaison with clients to ensure all relevant due diligence documents are received
- Assisting with annual and periodic reviews and liaising with clients to resolve identified due diligence issues and data discrepancies.
- Assisting with the maintenance of compliance data in document management systems
- Assisting with testing of client due diligence applied on new and existing clients
- Assisting with monitoring and remediation of potential matches identified within the multiple screening tools used by the firm
- Assisting with organizing AML/CFT Training for all staff
- Assisting with the maintenance of relevant compliance logs, manuals and reports
- Assisting with other compliance projects and tasks, as required
- Assisting the Corporate Manager, Compliance Team, Compliance Officer and MLRO with all compliance matters, as required
- Required to perform other duties related to the role from time to time and will be assigned to you by your Team Leader and the Manager, Corporate Services
Requirements:
- A business, legal or compliance qualification with 1 year experience in an administration role within the financial services industry
- General understanding of the regulatory regime in the Cayman Islands
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of computer literacy
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail in all activities, particularly data quality and integrity
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines
