Assistant Development Manager – Industrial & Logistics Properties – Singapore

Our client is one of the region’s fastest-growing and most successful Property Investment & Development firms specialising in Industrial and Logistics properties. With a number of recent project wins, they are seeking an Assitant Development Manager to join their busy team and support the Senior Development Manager in the delivery of these developments in Singapore.

Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting in the day-to-day management of development projects in Singapore. You will assist each development from land acquisition stage through design, construction, and into operation and help to ensure the overall commercial success of the projects.

The successful candidate will likely be from an Architectural, Engineering, Real Estate, or Project Management background and have prior experience working through feasibility and conceptual design phases of development projects. You must be competent with developing financial models and have worked across the entire development cycle from concept through detailed design, construction delivery, and into operation.
