Assistant Property Manager – Industrial & Logistics Properties – Singapore

Our client is one of the region’s fastest-growing and most successful Property Investment & Development firms specialising in Industrial and Logistics properties. With a number of operational assets in Singapore and more in the development pipeline, they are looking for an Assitant Property Manager to join their busy team.

As Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Facilities Management of the properties within your portfolio. You will manage a team of term contractors in the delivery of soft and hard services to ensure the smooth operation of each building. You will also work with the development team to ensure the smooth handover of new developments coming online and the fitting out to the tenant’s requirements as well as delivering asset enhancement works.

The successful candidate will likely be from a Building Services, Facilities Management, or Real Estate background and have prior experience working in the local industrial REIT environment. You will be fully conversant with local building regulations and health and safety guidelines and experience in building efficiency enhancements would be highly advantageous.

With the current restrictions on travel and immigration, this position would suit a candidate currently in Singapore with right to work.
