Associate Director, Cost Management – Seoul

Our client is a leading Global Project & Cost Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering highly complex projects and working with leading international clients around the world.

With increasing demand for Cost Management services across their business, they are currently seeking an Associate Director level candidate to join their busy team in South Korea.

As Associate Director, you will be responsible for the management of a team of Cost Managers across a variety of projects ranging from High Tech Manufacturing and Data Centres to Corporate Office Interiors and Hotel Refurbishments. You will also be responsible for driving new business activities and creating opportunities for growth in the organisation.

The successful candidate will be Qualified in Quantity Surveying, ideally with RICS or equivalent qualifications. You will have a demonstrable track record in the delivery of Cost Management services across a variety of projects and being able to lead and develop a team and business. This role is open to international relocations.
