Associate Director, Design & Technical Services – Hospitality Operator – Bangkok

Our client is one of Thailand’s largest international hospitality platforms with a vibrant portfolio of hotels spanning the Asia region. Having created an exciting brand portfolio covering luxury resorts, city business hotels, serviced apartments, residences, and spa’s, they have a mixture of both owned and operated properties in various stages of their operating life-cycle.

With a strong development pipeline and upgrading programme underway, they are seeking an experienced Design & Technical Services candidate to lead this programme based from their headquarters in Bangkok.

The successful candidate will have a strong mix of design and project management capabilities and have led a number of development and refurbishment programmes from concept design through delivery across the hospitality environment. You will likely have an Architecture or Interior Design background prior to moving into Technical Services and experience across both the operator and owner environment is advantageous. A strong proportion of the portfolio is in Thailand and therefore bilingual Thai and English capabilities are essential in order to work with local Thai owners.
