Associate Director/Project Director – Japan

Our client is one of the largest and most successful Property Consultancies globally. Having undergone a global transformation over the last few years, they are experience strong demand for their services in Japan and are expanding their already successful Project Management team in Tokyo.

As such, they are looking for Associate Director level and above candidates to join their team delivering large scale corporate fit out projects for major international corporate clients and local Japanese giants. They are also heavily involved in industrial and manufacturing as well as retail and hospitality.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level in Engineering or Architecture or another construction related degree. You will have a demonstrable track record leading the delivery of large-scale projects or be in the position to take on a senior leadership position in the organisation. Bilingual Japanese and English language skills are essential, ideally with existing right to work in Japan.
