Associate Director – Project Management – Vietnam

Our client is one of the worlds largest and regions leading Project Management Consultancies. With a surge in demand in Vietnam for Project Management services, they are seeking an experienced Project Management Consultancy leader to join their business and lead their Project Management division in Vietnam.

The existing project management function is relatively small so this would suit an AD level or Team Leader level candidate interested in a career move to Vietnam. You will have experience of managing small teams of Project Managers with some good exposure to P&L management, business development and operations. You will be expected to win and deliver projects as well as build a team to deliver the work. You will be aided by a much larger business around you and have international account structures delivering work to your team.

The ideal candidate will have a construction related degree and a demonstrable track record of delivering projects in the property sector. Experience of commercial office projects will be very attractive, however, hospitality, industrial and retail experience will be very attractive as well.
