Associate – Funds – Hong Kong

Experience required:

• 4 – 6 years post qualification experience in general corporate, M&A and/or funds related work from a well-regarded onshore or offshore firm
• Chinese language skills
• English, Hong Kong, Irish, New Zealand or Australian qualified / admitted lawyer
• Good grounding at an international law firm but offshore experience preferred
• Experience of working in Hong Kong or other Asian jurisdictions.
