Associate – Private Equity Real Estate – Japanese Speaking – Singapore

Our client is a rapidly growing Private Equity Real Estate firm with a regional presence specialising in the Warehousing sector. Having grown rapidly over the last few years, they hold a centralised investments team in their Singapore headquarters supporting regionally as they expand into new geographies.

As such, they are looking for an Associate level candidates to join their busy Private Equity Real Estate team supporting their entry and development of the Japan market as well as supporting on other regional opportunities.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Real Estate, Finance, or another related degree. You will have strong financial modeling skills being able to build and run models at asset, portfolio, or company level. You will likely have spent time with a Big 4 Advisory Group, Tier 1 Investment Bank or PERE firm, or leading Property Investor & Developer. You must have strong English and native-level Japanese language skills with a familiarity with the Japanese market. This position is open to international candidates looking for an opportunity to be based in Singapore.
