Associate – Retail Real Estate Investment – Jakarta

Our client is one of Indonesia’s largest and rapidly growing Retail Real Estate Investors and Developers. With strong backing for growth and increasing market demands as the market returns, they are seeking Associate level Real Estate Investment professionals with strong exposure to retail mall acquisitions and asset management to join their busy team.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for working with the Investment Directors and Managers, identifying new acquisition or development opportunities for the growth of the portfolio. You will carry out due diligence, feasibility studies, and financial modeling for potential investment opportunities and work with the strategic leadership of the organisation to manage any investment opportunities through the deal life cycle. You may also be involved in asset management and enhancement activities to enhance the performance of the portfolio.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Real Estate, Finance, or another related Degree. You will have prior experience working in an investment or asset management function in a major real estate developer or investor active in the Indonesian markets. Prior exposure to the retail real estate markets is highly preferable and previous experience in the Indonesian markets is essential. Bilingual English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills are preferred.
