AVP Enterprise Sales – Flexible Workspace – Singapore
Our client is a leading provider of Flexible Workspaces in the APAC region. Headquartered in Singapore, they have experienced unprecedented growth over the last decade to becomes a leading name in Flexible Workspace and Co-working environments and currently have a number of new locations in development in Singapore.
As such, they are seeking an AVP level candidate to join their busy team and spearhead their Enterprise Sales function for their Singapore business. As AVP Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for spearheading sales and business development, approaching and attracting new tenants into their spaces as they come online or expanding capacity within existing accounts.
The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a similar capacity with another leading Flexible Office Space provider or may currently be working in commercial leasing with a real estate brokerage. Candidates with experience in corporate sales within hospitality would also be considered. You will have a demonstrable track record of developing new business and closing of enterprise deals within your respective field with a proactive and autonomous attitude and capability. This role will suit a Singaporean or Singapore PR candidate with the current restrictions on global mobility and work permit availability.
