Barrister, Commercial Litigation

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Litigation Team.
• Managing contentious insolvencies and restructurings, international commercial litigation and big-ticket investment fund disputes.
• Performing client representation and advisory services in connection with litigation.
• Supervising junior colleagues.

Experience required:

• Must be qualified from a Commonwealth Jurisdiction with 3-8 PQE.
• Should be a Barrister with experience in Commercial Litigation, , Fund disputes, Banking, Insolvency and Restructuring, Fraud and Asset-tracing, Professional liability, Contentious trust disputes.
