
Business Development & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist with event organisation and logistics, attending when required
- Develop a good working knowledge of the CRM software
- Support the global Communications team with external social media posts and internal Intranet updates
- Maintain marketing inventory and assist with replenishing stock as needed
- Support lawyers in the preparation of marketing trips and the execution of post-trip follow-up activities
- Assist with market research in target markets and sectors
- Assist with producing in-house marketing materials in collaboration with the BD Manager
- Support the BD Manager with the preparation and uploading of legal directory submissions
- Create, update and maintain local Partner and employee profiles for the firm’s website, working closely with the HR team
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested
Requirements:
- Ideally hold a Business development and/or marketing experience or a degree, covering a business or marketing related subject.
- Familiarity with client relationship management systems and web content management systems is an advantage
- Legal or financial services experience is preferable
- Experience of working within brand guidelines is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Highly accurate with acute attention to detail
- Good personal organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Full, clean driving license
