Capital Projects Program Manager, Global Team – Pharmaceutical – Singapore

Our client is a leading Global Multi-disciplinary Consultancy with an enviable portfolio of clients around the world. With a number of Global Corporate Accounts they are serving, they are currently working with a Global Pharmaceutical Giant to develop an embedded team to deliver strategic level program, risk, and governance frameworks across their Global Capital Projects development program.

As such they are seeking a Capital Projects Program Manager to provide governance and assurance services across their portfolio programme. With multiple projects running concurrently in different locations around the region and at various stages of the development cycle, the purpose of this role and team will be to provide a cohesive view and central control point for the regional leadership team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in portfolio project and programme management, coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will have strong project controls capabilities and be able to drive corporate project controls processes and standards into project delivery teams in various locations in the region. You will likely have an Engineering or Project Management qualification, ideally coupled with further PMP or equivalent certification. A previous background with Pharmaceutical or Heavy Process projects would be highly advantageous for the role along with strong proficiency in Planning softwares.
