Chief Commercial Officer, Indonesia – Facilities Services – Jakarta

Our client is a Global Facilities Management firm currently going through a major transformation and integration of their Asia platform into a fully integrated regional platform delivering hard and soft Facilities Services to public and private sector clients across the region.

As such they are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead their Work Winning and Commercial functions for the Indonesia markets, based from Jakarta. Reporting to the Country CEO, you will lead a team of Regional Business Development Directors driving business growth into a range of clients from local and international corporate clients to local authority contracts into healthcare and government facilities.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of leading teams of highly effective sales and commercial staff across multiple business lines within the Facilities Services environment or another related sector. You will thrive in the work-winning arena and have strong commercial acumen driving best practices and processes into the organisation. You will also have strong capabilities in devising win strategy, pipeline management, commercial pricing, and negotiations and be able to drive productivity and cohesiveness in a leadership position in the commercial environment. This role is open to international candidates with strong relevant experience.
