Chief Engineer – Vietnam

Our client is a leading hospitality group in Vietnam with a growing portfolio of mid-scale to luxury city hotels and resorts across the country.

With a number of hotels and resorts currently under development, they have an urgent requirement for a Chief Engineer to take on the management of one of their flagship luxury properties on the East Coast of Vietnam. The resort has a mixture of pool villas and main buildings in a beach front setting so will need a candidate with prior experience working with this type of asset.

The ideal candidate with be qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have strong experience working at asset and level running a small engineering team. You may also be asked to take on pre-opening activities for other properties and the could develop quickly into a Cluster Engineering position. The successful candidate will ideally have worked in Vietnam before and understand the challenges involved in the construction and operation of hospitality assets.
