
Client and Business Development Manager

US$120-160k DOE plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Client facing, strategic role
- Build strong relationships both internal and external
- Retain clients and win new business globally
- Implement group business plans and report on the results
- Stay ahead of competitors by researching markets, client mapping, generating leads
- Focus on new business in US and Asia market
- This person will be supported by the marketing and communications team and they will implement your strategies
- Work closely with the Managing Partner based in Cayman
- Support Partners in different offices and provide business advice and coaching to them
- Assist with the firm’s global strategy
- Identify opportunities for growth in all offices and cross-sell
- Provide solutions to drive revenue
- Manage budgets
- Organise BD events globally
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification ideally in law or marketing/BD preferably a Master’s degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a law firm/professional service company
- Knowledge of US and/or Asian legal market
- Ideally have a
- Ideally seeking a lawyer with strong BD experience who is looking to leave practice OR an experienced Marketing/BD senior
- Open to people in Cayman and overseas, although preference will be given to Caymanian candidates
