Commercial Project Manager – Corporate Interior Design & Build – Singapore

Our client is one of the fastest-growing Corporate Workplace focused Interior Design & Build firms globally. Having experienced unprecedented growth pre-Covid, they are in a very strong position as we emerge with strong demand for their services in Asia and beyond.

With a number of recent project wins and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join their busy team. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for pre-contract delivery through the tendering and contract award phases before handing over to the post-contract delivery team.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Quantity Surveying or Engineering or another construction-related degree. You will have a strong track record in successfully estimating and tendering for corporate fit-out projects in the interior design and build environment in Singapore. You may be Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with some Project Management experience and ready to step into a Pre Contract Project Manager role or be an established Project Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge utilising your strong commercial experiences. You will have good commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
