Construction Manager – Big Box Retail – Philippines

Our client is one of the region’s premier and fastest-growing international Project Management Consultancies. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in the Big Box Retail environment scheduled across the Philippines for the coming year, they are seeking Project and Construction Management candidates to join their busy team.

The successful candidates will be qualified in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or another related discipline. Prior experience with large floor-plate retail experience or mixed-use development projects would be highly advantageous. Candidates who have worked with international Project Management or Engineering Consultancies would be preferred and experience delivering projects for leading international retail brands is highly advantageous.

You will currently be based in the Philippines, ideally, Manila, or have family in the Philippines and are entitled to return.
