Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project schedules; monitor progress and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and report on delays in critical activities, milestones, interdependencies, and changes to the critical path.
- Validate sub-contractor’s schedules and advise PM of CO impacts on schedule.
- Integrate and manage multiple schedules, project resource demand and load, and set and analyze KPIs.
- Identify project risks, conduct impact analysis and review with team; support preparation of project scope, budget, and schedule; collaborate with Training & Business Development Coordinator to drive consistent project scheduling approach for accurate project execution and reporting.
Requirements:
- An Associate Degree in a related technical field and knowledge of construction logic and sequencing of builds is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CPM scheduling, and preferably AACE/CMAA/PMI certifications, required for construction logic/sequencing, MS Project/Primavera P6 usage.
- Ability to interpret construction specifications and drawings, as well as an understanding of contract principles.
- Strong communication, people management, organizational, and planning skills for timely project delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, with flexibility and adaptability; excellent team player with positive attitude.
