Corporate Administrator

Cayman | Corporate Services
Up to US$60k plus benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day to day registered office activities of a portfolio of entities
  • Assisting with / processing incorporations, registrations, transfers-in, annual returns, amendments, strike offs, liquidations, transfers-out, de-registrations and statutory filings
  • AML/KYC due diligence
  • Liaising with third parties including CIMA
  • Assisting / generation of annual fee invoices and interim invoices
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

Experience required:

  • Ideally have a minimum of one to two years corporate administration experience
  • It was be advantageous but not essential to be working towards/completed a relevant degree i.e. Business Administration or be working towards/completed ICSA certification
  • Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint, CORIS, CIMA / REEFS and CAPS
  • Knowledge of the Cayman Islands regulatory environment and relevant laws
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems; Excel, Word, Outlook
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with people in a pleasant and professional manner
  • A flexible and collaborative approach
