Up to US$60k plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day to day registered office activities of a portfolio of entities
- Assisting with / processing incorporations, registrations, transfers-in, annual returns, amendments, strike offs, liquidations, transfers-out, de-registrations and statutory filings
- AML/KYC due diligence
- Liaising with third parties including CIMA
- Assisting / generation of annual fee invoices and interim invoices
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Experience required:
- Ideally have a minimum of one to two years corporate administration experience
- It was be advantageous but not essential to be working towards/completed a relevant degree i.e. Business Administration or be working towards/completed ICSA certification
- Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint, CORIS, CIMA / REEFS and CAPS
- Knowledge of the Cayman Islands regulatory environment and relevant laws
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems; Excel, Word, Outlook
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with people in a pleasant and professional manner
- A flexible and collaborative approach
