Corporate Associate 3-5 PQE

Responsibilities required:

• Provide a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, corporate real estate, JV’s and corporate reorganisations
• Provide general corporate advice

Experience Required:

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales or a Caribbean jurisdiction
• Must have 3-5 years experience with a top tier practice in corporate work with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
