Corporate Associate (5-7 PQE)- Grand Cayman

Experience Required:

• Looking for a Senior Associate to join a leading global offshore law firm.
• Excellent academics (minimum 2:1)
• Experience from a top tier corporate practice in a commonwealth jurisdiction in one of the following areas: Hedge funds, private equity, or M&A.
• Must be qualified in the Cayman Islands or in England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Canada, Australia and/or New Zealand.
• Good interpersonal skills, willingness to take part in business development activities and initiatives.
