- Must be minimim 6 PQE and admitted in: Cayman/England & Wales/Norther Ireland/Scotland/Australia/New Zealand or Canada.
- Essential that you have investment fund/general corporate and commercial/and or finance experience from a top offshore/magic circle/international law firm.
- Must have top academics including minimum 2.1 LLB and have attended top Universities and law schools.
- Finance and restructuring experience is preferable.
