Corporate M&A – Singapore (2-6PQE)

This is an opportunity to join a well-known global law firm, who offer interesting work, great work life balance and achievable target hours. As a lawyer in this 8-person strong corporate, team you’ll get a vast amount of client contact whilst working directly with Partners, Counsel and Senior Associates across the team and firm.

Typically, clients would include well known multinational corporations, financial institutions, insurance and commodity companies, and asset managers.

Working across two leading partners and other senior personnel within the team, your day-to-day work would largely be focused on M&A, private equity and joint venture transactions. There would also be some corporate finance and fundraising matters to assist on from time to time.

Our client stands apart from other firms on the Singapore market as they set very reasonable billable targets (1550), whilst still paying competitive base salaries, bonuses, and incentivised perks.

The successful candidate should have 2 – 6 years PQE working for in the corporate team for another large international law firm.

Candidates who already have experience working in the Asia markets would be desirable however our client is just as interested in seeing strong profiles of lawyers who are versed in the UK, Australian and New Zealand corporate markets.

The firm has relatively flexible salary bandings in place however as a rough guide they’d likely offer circa USD$125,000 (2PQE), USD$165,000 (4PQE), USD$195,000 (6PQE) along with yearly bonuses and a relocation package.
