One of Cayman’s leading restaurant groups is currently hiring to a Cost Controller position. The post holder will be responsible for placing orders, inventory management and produce storage. They’re known for their fine dining and fresh produce, so this will involve frequent orders and liaising with local producers as well as getting goods shipped internationally.
It’s a great opportunity for individuals currently in the Cayman Islands or applying from overseas. The company offer fantastic renumeration and great benefits.
- Prior experience as a Cost Controller with perishable goods (ideally in restaurants or hotels)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong multitasking skills
