Cost Manager – Data Centre – Taiwan

Our client is one of the worlds leading Global Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Practices. With a global network of offices and an enviable portfolio of international corporate clients, they have particular strength in Corporate Real Estate and highly technical projects including Data Centres.

With a major Data Centre project currently underway in Taiwan for an international Tech Giant, they are seeking a Cost Manager to join their busy team. As Cost Manager you will be responsible for delivering Cost Management activities across the project including delivering cost estimates and plans, pre and post contract quantity surveying duties as well as driving the tender and procurement process for contractors.

The successful candidate with be qualified to degree level in Quantity Surveying and ideally be MRICS qualified. You will be capable with major cost management software and have a demonstrable track record in delivering cost management functions on Data Centre projects. Ideally you will have prior experience in Asia but certainly in major RICS centres such as Europe, Australasia, South Africa or other parts of Asia. You will preferably have prior experience within a Cost Consultancy.
