Deputy Fund Manager, Industrial & Logistics Properties – Singapore

Our client is one of the region’s fastest growing and most successful Property Investment & Development firms specialising in Industrial and Logistics properties. With unprecedented growth over the last few years, they are seeking a Deputy Fund Manager with strong exposure to the Industrial and Logistics Property market in the region, to support their Fund Managers covering several markets in the region.

Reporting to the Head of Fund Management for a group of funds, you will have responsibility for supporting the performance of a number of funds, covering Singapore and South East Asia. You will carry out acquisition and divestment appraisals and activities as well as produce investment papers and presentations for the investment committee. You will also support senior management in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and business plans as well as obtaining approvals for investments and divestments.

The successful candidate will likely be from a Real Estate Investment, Development, or Asset Management background with strong exposure to Real Estate Fund Management. You will ideally have had prior experience in Fund or Portfolio Management and have strong stakeholder management, reporting, and regulatory capabilities. You will have a demonstrable track record in financial modeling and analysis as well as evaluation of debt financing structures.
