Deputy General Manager – Town Council – Singapore

Our client is a leading Property and Facilities Management firm in Singapore. As part of their Public Sector Property Management Division, they are currently seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead and administer the property aspects of a busy Town Council contract in Singapore.

As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Property Managers and Administration staff in the delivery of reactive and preventative maintenance programmes, as well as scheduled upgrading works to residential and community properties within the Town Council area. You will assist in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve and enhance the public housing and community areas within the Town Council.

The successful candidate will likely be qualified to Diploma or Degree level in Estate Management or another related qualification. You will have a prior track record in the successful management of public sector town council contracts in Singapore.
