Design Director – Corporate Workplace – Interior Design & Build – Hanoi

Our client is a rapidly expanding Corporate Interior Design & Build firm in the Asia region. They are currently experiencing strong demand for their services across the region and are expanding into new territories including setting up a new office in Vietnam.

As such they are seeking a Design Director with the ability to develop and grow a design team into an industry-leading Studio in Hanoi.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Interior Design, Architecture, or another related degree and have a demonstrable track record in the design and delivery of high-profile corporate interior projects across Vietnam and the region. You will have developed strong people management skills and be able to mentor and develop junior designers. You will have a network for business development and strong client relationship management skills and ideally have prior experience in the Interior Design & Build environment capable of working at pace and collaborating with the projects, engineering, and quantity surveying teams.
