Development & Asset Manager – Singapore

Our client is the Property Development and Management Group of a successful Sovereign Wealth Fund. With a number of interesting projects planned in the region, they are currently seeking a Development & Asset Manager to join their organisation.

The portfolio consists of a number oh high profile luxury hotels, commercial, luxury residential and flagship retail properties. Initially the program or works involves a number of upgrading and refurbishment projects to major hospitality assets in Singapore, KL and Bali. These include a major refurbishment and structural alterations to an iconic hotel in Singapore, the addition of new facilities and interior upgrades in KL and Bali.

As Development & Asset Manager, you will work closely with both the Investments team as well as the Technical Project Delivery team based in Singapore. You will be qualified in Real Estate or a related fiscal degree and be able to create investment proposals for upgrading and development works for submission and review by the investment committee. You will also be able to manage the budgetary aspects of a development project and ensure the overall commercial success of the division. You will likely be working in a Singapore based Developer or REIT and be at Manger level in an equivalent business looking for an opportunity to work on a varied and exciting property portfolio.
