Development Director – Branded Residences & Extended Stay – Europe

Our client is one of the world’s leading and most exciting hotel operators. With huge strength and diversity in the hotel brand suite, they are looking to capitalise on partnerships with leading development organisations to drive the growth of their Branded Residences and expand their presence in the Extended Stay market.

As such, they are seeking a Director level candidate with strong property development networks suitable for the expansion of either Branded residences or an Extended Stay asset across the major real estate centres of Europe. Based from London or Paris, this role will work closely with the Hotel Development team looking at expanding existing pipeline opportunities and also to develop separate residences and extended stay pipelines.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Developer within the Hospitality industry with a strong track record across both the signing of Hotel Management Agreements as well as the complex structuring of Branded Residences contracts. This will be a very autonomous role with a global reporting matrix and will need a self-starter who can work imaginatively to develop opportunities where they would not necessarily be obvious in this growing market in Europe.
