Director Debt Financing, Asia – Real Estate Investment Management – Singapore

Our client is one of the world’s leading Global Real Estate Investment and Development firms. With a strong commitment to growing their Asia Fund Management platform, they are seeking a Debt Financing specialist with strong experience in Real Estate Debt Finance structuring to join their growing team in Singapore.

Reporting to the Regional CIO, you will be responsible for designing and sourcing the best debt financing structures for new real estate investment deals across their portfolio in Asia. You will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with banks in the region and be able to source the best debt structure for each project as well as regularly review the portfolio to ensure optimal debt financing across the fund.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level in a relevant field, ideally with Finance or Business. You will have a demonstrable track record in sourcing debt for real estate transactions with a strong network of relationships with lenders and an in-depth knowledge of the regional real estate markets. You will likely be working for a leading real estate investment group in a similar function or as an Investment Manager or perhaps in a Treasury function. Experience of working with multi-asset class open-ended fund structures or REITs would be highly advantageous.
