Director Design & Technical Services – Luxury Lifestyle, Europe – Hospitality Operator – London/Paris

Our client is a leading name in global hospitality. As one of the largest hotel operators in the world, they also have one of the most interesting brand suites and a formidable development pipeline across their Luxury & Lifestyle brands in Europe.

As such, they are seeking a Design & Technical Services Director to take on several key brands and drive the delivery of their Luxury Lifestyle brand suite across this region. The successful candidate will be from an Architecture or Interior Design design background and have strong experience in decision-making around material and equipment choices providing value engineering services to their partner owners, whilst maintaining compliance to brand design standards and not interfering with the look and feel of the hotel under development.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in luxury and lifestyle hotel and resort Design and Technical Services. You will be in a technical leadership position providing design management and oversight solutions to luxury and lifestyle hotels and resorts on a regional or global basis. You will have a strong combination of design and design management capabilities aligned with team and operational management. This role will act as a deputy to the Design & Technical Services Lead for Luxury & Lifestyle Europe and can be based in either London or Paris, with other major European locations that can be considered.
