Director, Engineering Projects Support – Design & Technical Services – Luxury, Europe – Hospitality Operator – London/Paris

Our client is a leading name in global hospitality. As one of the largest hotel operators in the world, they also have one of the most interesting brand suites and a formidable development pipeline across their Luxury brands in Europe.

As such, they are seeking a Director or Senior Director level Engineering Design & Technical Services specialist to take on the Engineering design review and project support function for the Europe region for their Luxury brand portfolio. You will be capable of managing a portfolio of at least 18 to 20 projects at any one time in their various stages of the development lifecycle. You will liaise with external design consultants, partner developers, and equipment and system suppliers, enabling value engineering and driving innovation across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will be from an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background and have strong experience in engineering design review for hotel electrical and mechanical systems and equipment selection and specification in line with corporate design standards. This role will ideally be based in Paris, however, London could be an option.
