Director/Head of Civil & Structural, Engineering Design Consultancy – Hong Kong

Invenio Global is working with a leading Global Engineering Design Consultancy who are currently seeking a seasoned business unit leader to head their Civil & Structural Engineering Practice in Hong Kong.

The position will hold full responsibility for the business unit P&L and oversight of engineering project delivery to clients. You will lead the Civil and Structural division ensuring quality of engineering design and project delivery and growing a team of Engineers. You will also drive the work-winning function, securing new projects for your team as well as client stakeholder management and engagement.

The ideal candidate for this will have a background in Civil and/or Structural Engineering. You will have a demonstrable track record of leading and growing Engineering Design Consultancy businesses in the Civil and Structural Engineering environment. You wil have a broad range of project experience covering large commercial building projects to infrastructure and subterranean engineering. You must have worked in the Hong Kong markets previously and have a detailed understanding of the local codes and regulations. You would have srong team management experience alongside developing and growing the business unit P&L.
