Director/Head of MEP, Engineering Design Consultancy – Hong Kong

Invenio Global is working with a Global Engineering Design Consultancy who is currently looking for a seasoned leader to head up their MEP Division.

The position will hold full responsibility for the PnL and MEP project delivery to clients. You will be in charge of the MEP division ensuring quality project delivery and growing a team of Engineers. You will also be handling negotiations and business tendering to secure work ensuring a steady flow of projects.

The ideal candidate for this will have a background in Mechanical, Electrical and/or Building services Engineering. You will have at least 15 years of proven track record working for Engineering Design Consultancy offering infrastructure and building projects consultation with at least 15 years’ of experience. You would also have worked in Hong Kong markets and have a good understanding of the local regulations. You would ideally also have team management experience along with handling the PnL.
