Director, Investor Marketing, Asia – Real Estate Investment Management – Singapore

Our client is one of the world’s leading Global Real Estate Investment and Development firms. With a strong commitment to growing their Asia Fund Management platform, they are seeking a Director of Investor Marketing to join their growing team in Singapore covering the Asia markets.

Reporting to the Global Head of Investor Marketing, you will work very autonomously engaging with the Fund Management and Capital Raising teams to develop investor marketing messaging and strategies to generate investor interest in new fund products and investment strategies. You will work with existing marketing content and collaterals to modify for the Asia markets, as well as develop new ideas and content appropriate for the Asian investor markets.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level in Marketing, Communications, Business, or another related field. You will have a strong track record of Marketing within the Real Estate Asset Management environment, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. You will be an expert in using Microsoft Office tools to create high-quality marketing presentations and collateral.
