Director of Business Development, EMEA – Art Consultancy – Belgium
Our client is one of the worlds leading Consultancies specialising in Art Curation, Project Management, and Installation for the Hospitality Industry. Having established themselves with a market-leading reputation for creating unique guest experiences through global networks with both established artists as well as emerging artists, combined with an enviable client network and track record, they are now seeking a Business Development Director to lead their new business and client relationship management efforts in the EMEA region.
As part of their growth program, the incumbent is moving into a wider business leadership position and this role will be taking over their duties across the Business Development function. You will have responsibility for identifying new clients and project opportunities in the region and converting them into real projects. You will develop new client relationships across the hospitality industry and take over existing client relationships and nurture these for growth. You will represent the business at networking and industry events on a regional and global basis, and be ultimately responsible for the sales pipeline and revenue growth for the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will be qualified in Business or another related degree. You will have a passion for hospitality and art and ideally, have several years of experience within the hospitality ecosystem in a Sales and Business Development environment. You will have a demonstrable track record of sales and business growth, and be very comfortable in a client-facing, work-winning environment. This is a Brussels-based role, but with an opportunity for hybrid working, with a competitive salary and strong commission structure. You must be willing to travel extensively and have strong English language skills.
This is an amazing opportunity for a Sales & Business Development professional in the Hospitality and Art arena to lead the Business Development function for a leading Global Art Consultancy in the EMEA region based in Brussels.
