Director – Planning & Delay Expert – Singapore

Our client is a leading Global Claims Consultancy providing Quantum and Delay Services, Arbitration and Expert Services. With increasing demand for their services in Singapore and the region, they are seeking to acquire a Director level candidate to join their business specialising in Delay.

As a Director, you will be responsible for delivering Delay Expert services, preparing high-quality Expert Reports and testifying in formal dispute proceedings. In the capacity of Director you will also be responsible for client stakeholder management and generation of new business as well as supporting on arbitration activities and providing operational leadership and mentoring to the team.

The successful candidate will likely be qualified in Engineering or another related construction qualification and have a demonstrable track record in planning and scheduling in the Main Contractor or Consultancy environment. Sector wise, you could have experience across property or infrastructure or perhaps the process or energy industries. You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in forensic delay & disruption analysis and claims advisory.  You will have a demonstrable track record and relevant network for the winning of new business and have proven experience in people management, training and mentoring. Prior experience testifying in an arbitration environment would be highly advantageous.
