Director, Project Services – Hospitality Developer – Bangkok

Our client is one of Thailand’s largest international hospitality owners and operators with a vibrant portfolio of hotels spanning the Asia region. Having created an exciting brand portfolio covering luxury resorts, city business hotels, serviced apartments, residences, and spa’s, they have a mixture of both owned and operated properties in various stages of their operating life-cycle.

With a strong development pipeline and upgrading programme underway, they are seeking an experienced Project Management candidate to lead the team and programme based from their headquarters in Bangkok.

The successful candidate will have a strong mix of design, commercial and project management capabilities and have led a number of development and refurbishment programmes from design through delivery across the hospitality developer environment. You will likely have a Project Management background with strong capability in deliverables and schedules. You will have prior experience working on hotel and residential projects from an owners perspective for both new build and upgrading projects. This role would support a locally based candidate or an overseas candidate with strong prior experience in Thailand.
