Director Technical Services Europe – London

Our client is a world leading hospitality firm, their name being synonymous with luxury, service and attention to detail. A very rare opportunity has become available to lead the Design, Construction and Technical Services function for their Europe portfolio of new hotel and refurbishment projects.

With a portfolio mix of owned and managed properties, city hotels and resorts, this will be a wide and diverse role responsible for sensitive refurbishments to prestige historic buildings. The role will be responsible for a small team of Project Leaders across the region as well as the hands on delivery of a number of projects and reporting to the Global Head of Technical Services.

The successful candidate with be qualified in Architecture and ideally registered in the UK. You will have experience working for a leading luxury hotel company, ideally having delivered projects in the owned environment before. You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering high profile hotel projects as well as team management and leadership.

This is a rare and enviable position for a Technical Services specialist to take on.
