Director – Valuations

Invenio are delighted to be partnering with a global Insolvency & Restructuring Advisory firm to add a Director of Valuations to the Cayman based team.

The opportunity has been created due high client demand and the growth plans of the business and could represent the next step in the career of someone ready to be promoted to Director.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Partners to support delivery of client engagements.
• As a director, take responsibility for your own client engagements.
• Drafting of valuation reports.
• Managing a team of associates and consultants, in Cayman and other global locations.
• Act as the point of contact on certain engagements.
• Business development, representing the firm at various conferences and events, maintain and strengthen relationships with local law firms.
• Preparation of articles and other marketing materials.
  
  

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant or CFA.
• At least 5 years experience specializing in valuations as part of a recognized accounting practice.  
• Experience in shares valuation across fiscal, accounting, litigation, restructuring and commercial.
• Experience of managing a team.
• Excellent relationship builder and the ability to develop business.
• The desire to be a key part of a growing service line.
• Willing to be part of relevant industry groups.
