Engineer / Technical Support

Responsibilities:

The purpose of the role is to provide oversight and technical support with optimal maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) of the hospital’s operations to ensure a high standard of safety, accuracy and reliability consistent with industry, regulatory and equipment specific professional and safety standards. HVAC and chilling systems.

Experience:

• The successful candidate should possess an undergraduate degree in an Engineering field, Architecture, or Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).
• The successful candidate must have ten to fifteen (10-15) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience, in hospital building maintenance and construction management.
• The HVAC and Building Automation System experience highly preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
