Executive Assistant – MD’s office

Cayman Islands |
US$45-55k DOE plus benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Organize all records, general library of periodicals, books, newspapers, and seminar materials in an efficient filing system
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of logs, schedules and tracking tools and utilities for the onsite inspection team
  • Organize and maintain schedule of all meetings and make travel arrangements
  • Perform all necessary administrative services
  • Compose correspondence, handle confidential documents and prepare minutes of meetings ensuring accuracy, clarity and confidentiality
  • Respond promptly to requests for assistance and information from members of staff, and third parties

Requirements:

  • High school graduate with passes in English
  • Ideally minimum 5 years ‘experience working in a secretarial/EA/PA role an executive level
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies would be an asset
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Critical thinking and organization skills to facilitate executive level decisions;
  • Exceptional word processing and record management skills; and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
