
Executive Assistant – MD’s office

US$45-55k DOE plus benefits package
Responsibilities:
- Organize all records, general library of periodicals, books, newspapers, and seminar materials in an efficient filing system
- Assist with the development and maintenance of logs, schedules and tracking tools and utilities for the onsite inspection team
- Organize and maintain schedule of all meetings and make travel arrangements
- Perform all necessary administrative services
- Compose correspondence, handle confidential documents and prepare minutes of meetings ensuring accuracy, clarity and confidentiality
- Respond promptly to requests for assistance and information from members of staff, and third parties
Requirements:
- High school graduate with passes in English
- Ideally minimum 5 years ‘experience working in a secretarial/EA/PA role an executive level
- Qualifications in secretarial studies would be an asset
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Critical thinking and organization skills to facilitate executive level decisions;
- Exceptional word processing and record management skills; and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
