Executive Manager – Design & Technical Services, DACH – Germany

Our client is a leading name in global hospitality. As one of the largest hotel operators in the world, they also have one of the most interesting brand suites and a formidable development and refurbishment programme across their leased portfolio in the DACH region.

As such, they are seeking a Design & Technical Services Manager to join their DACH team working across their leased portfolio in the DACH region. With existing strength in Architecture, Interior Design and Engineering across the team structure, they are seeking a candidate with strong Project Management capabilities in the delivery of new hotel projects and refurbishment programmes for Economy, Mid-Scale and Premium brands.

The successful candidate will most likely be qualified in Architecture and have moved into client’s representative project management. As a hotel operator, they are much more strongly invested in their leased portfolio and as such need much stronger control over the project programme, budget and quality. You will likely be working for a leading project management consultancy delivering projects on behalf of owner organisations in the hospitality sector across Europe. German language skills to contractual level are essential for this role as well as strong recent experience delivering projects in the DACH region.
