Associate Director – Cost & Commercial Management – Singapore

Our client is a leading Global Real Estate Consultancy providing services to investors and corporate occupiers around the world. With an increasingly cost and contractually savvy client base, they are looking to secure a strong Cost and Commercial Management candidate to join their busy team in Singapore.

As AD Cost & Commercial, you will be responsible for working with the Project Management Delivery team in Singapore providing Cost Management and Contractual services to their project teams. You may be providing services directly to the client or managing third party consultants through the delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in Quantity Surveying and will most likely have spent time with a leading Surveying & Cost Consultancy or client organisation. You will have a strong Cost Management and planning track record as well as Contracts Management capability across a variety or projects including Corporate Fit-out and Corporate Investor led projects.
